This image is I think 4 years old now…
The picture was taken in 2005 in Wronki.
I went there by car with my friend Blady and two of his mates. Stadium in Wronki is not so far away from Poznan, so there was plenty of fans going to see the game. It was relatively small stadium. Kolejorz had a lot of followers in the away section, but many of us went and bought the tickets at the gates to watch the game from the home tribunes. I sat there for 15 minutes and felt that I am getting bored as all the fun was happening in the away sector. I walked to the opposite side of the stadium where was stopped by the police, and asked where am I going. I said ‘I am with Kolejorz’. Policeman answered ‘so what are you doing on this side’, I said ‘well, this is what I don’t know’. He let me pass and this is where and when I took the image above.
It was a great game in great atmosphere. Kolejorz supporters took over the stadium in Wronki, it was blue everywhere. Lech won the game 4:1.
I’d like to note, that it is a long term project that I work on in cooperation with my friends at CCFC.
This image is not a part of the new work. It was taken at the Ninian Park in 2009. Ninian is in hearts of all City fans, who memorise it on every given occasion.
